Submission Guidelines
The final version of a paper should not exceed 15 pages (minimum 12 pages), including references. The manuscript must be prepared according to the conference paper templates (Microsoft Word, LaTeX). Papers should be submitted in Word or PDF format (English only). An extra fee will be charged for each additional page above 15 pages. All submissions should be made through Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit.
Click on the "Create New Submission" button in CMT and provide all details before uploading your paper. Make sure you add all authors of the paper.
Registration Information
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee to present the paper in the conference. The full fee includes attendance of the conference and access to the proceedings. All payments are non-refundable.
The conference offers two attendance modalities: in-person for those who plan to physically attend, and virtual participation via Google Meet for remote presenters.

Awards and Participation
AGINC-2026 recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of Artificial General Intelligence through the following awards. All accepted and presented papers are eligible for consideration.
- Best Paper Award: Awarded to the paper demonstrating the highest impact, originality, and technical quality as evaluated by the program committee.
- Best Student Paper Award: Awarded to the best paper where the primary author is a registered student.
- Participation Certificates: All presenters and registered attendees will receive an official certificate of participation.
Award winners will be announced during the closing ceremony of the conference. For further details, contact info@icaginc.com.
Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Rules
- Google Meet links for online presenters will be included in the conference program.
- It is mandatory to present your paper in the conference. Any paper not presented in the conference will not be considered for publication.
- The conference spans over two days. Different sessions will be arranged and you will present your paper live in your specified session.
- Each session will be moderated by the respective session chair.
- The communication language used during presentation and Q&A must be English.
Presentation Format
All authors are requested to follow these guidelines for preparation of presentation slides:

In-Person Presentations: Total time: 20 mins (12-15 minutes presentation + 2-5 minutes Q/A)
Online Presentations: Total time: 15 mins (10-12 minutes presentation + 1-3 minutes Q/A) - The session chair will invite presenters in sequence from the conference program.
Publication Ethics & Indexing
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in major academic databases subject to meeting scope and quality requirements.
- Formatting and Submission: Format your paper according to conference guidelines and templates.
- Originality and Plagiarism: Ensure the work is original and properly cited. Plagiarism may result in rejection from publication.
- English Language: Use clear and concise English.
- Copyright and Consent: Ensure you have all rights and permissions for reused material.
- AI-Generated Content: Submissions must comply with originality and publication ethics policies.
Review Process
- All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 2 independent reviewers. Additional reviewers will be consulted if required.
- All papers will go through plagiarism checking. The plagiarism report must not exceed 15%.
- All papers must follow the conference paper template guidelines.
- Paper acceptance is based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity.
- Authors must submit previously unpublished work.
