2nd International Conference on Artificial General Intelligence
and Next-Generation Computing
AGINC-2026 brings together world-class researchers, academics, and industry innovators to advance the frontiers of Artificial General Intelligence and Next-Generation Computing. The conference fosters rigorous scientific exchange through peer-reviewed research, keynote addresses, and collaborative sessions.
We invite original, unpublished research contributions across all tracks of AGI, intelligent systems, computing infrastructure, and interdisciplinary applications. All accepted and presented papers will be considered for inclusion in major academic databases.

Submit your complete manuscript through the Microsoft CMT portal. All submissions will enter the double-blind review process.
Authors will be notified of acceptance, rejection, or revision requests via email.
Submit the final version incorporating reviewer comments and signed copyright form.
Register early to receive reduced fees. Late registrations incur an additional $100 penalty.
Two full days of keynotes, technical sessions, and networking at Central Michigan University.

We welcome original contributions across — but not limited to — the following research themes.
Topics are not limited to the above. Interdisciplinary and emerging research is strongly encouraged.
Follow these steps to ensure your submission is complete and correctly formatted.
12–15 pages including references. Use the official conference paper template (Word or LaTeX). English only.
Click "Create New Submission", fill in all author details, and upload your manuscript in PDF or Word format.
Reviews take approximately 6 weeks. Authors will receive detailed feedback from at least 2 independent reviewers.
Late registration (after Oct 10) incurs an additional $100 penalty. At least one author must register for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review to ensure the highest scientific standards.
Submissions are checked for formatting compliance, scope relevance, and plagiarism (maximum 15% similarity accepted).
Each paper is reviewed by at least 2 independent domain experts. Additional reviewers are consulted when needed.
Papers are assessed on originality, significance, technical soundness, clarity, and contribution to the field.
Decision communicated by September 30, 2026 with detailed reviewer comments to support revision.
Accepted authors submit the final revised version and completed copyright form by October 30, 2026.
All work must be original and not previously published. Proper citation is required. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection. Similarity index must not exceed 15%.
Submissions must comply with originality and publication ethics policies. AI tools may assist but the core intellectual contribution must be from the authors.
Authors must ensure they hold all rights and permissions for reused material, figures, and data.
Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English throughout.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers not presented will be excluded from the proceedings.
Be prepared to share your research live with a global audience of experts and innovators.

All sessions are moderated by a designated session chair. The communication language for both presentations and Q&A is English. Attendance in your session is mandatory.
